General Electric sued our client Nintendo alleging that various Nintendo game systems, including the Gameboy®, infringed three GE patents relating to television control circuitry. The District Court granted Nintendo's motion for summary judgment of non-infringement as to all three patents and the Federal Circuit affirmed this ruling.
