Professional Experience

Leonard P. Diana has extensive experience in client counseling and patent prosecution, including preparation of patent applications, reexaminations, reissue proceedings and interferences, in the software, electronics, and electrical arts.

Mr. Diana has also engaged in patent litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Some of the technologies he has worked with include network management, telecommunications, software security technology, semiconductor devices and their fabrication, and computer hardware, as well as optical equipment and medical devices.
