Fitzpatrick Ranked Number One In National Patent Litigation Survey

Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto has been ranked first in the country by Corporate Counsel magazine for the number of patent lawsuits filed in 2010. Fitzpatrick also moved up from number 31 to number 18 in the survey for the total number of patent suits handled by the firm on the plaintiff's and defendant's side combined. More than 300 law firms were contacted by Corporate Counsel and asked to provide them with a list of patent lawsuits they either filed on behalf of plaintiffs in federal district court or were hired to defend against.
