Professional Experience

Dennis J. McMahon practices general intellectual property law with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. 

While in law school, Mr. McMahon was a senior editor on the Seton Hall Law Review and served as President of the Seton Hall IPLA. Mr. McMahon received his J.D. with a concentration in intellectual property law.
