Professional Experience

Steven S. Kim practices complex litigation in a variety of technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and chip technology. Prior to attending law school, Steven spent five years as a scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, where he researched and developed novel medicines. During law school, Steven was an articles editor on the New York University Annual Survey of American Law. 

Prior to joining Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, Steven spent several years as an associate at a prominent New York law firm practicing general commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property litigation.
