Professional Experience

Jason Dorsky’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation, specifically in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts.  

Prior to law school, Mr. Dorsky designed and installed digital periscope and communications systems on submarines for the Department of Defense. 

While in law school, Mr. Dorsky served as Managing Editor for Pierce Law Review.
