Professional Experience

Lawrence S. Perry has extensive experience practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including interferences, reexaminations, reissues and all phases of patent prosecution in biotechnical, chemical, pharmaceutical, magneto-optical, metallurgical and mechanical technologies. Mr. Perry has extensive opinion work concerning noninfringement, invalidity and freedom to practice in these and other fields.
