Jonathan Berschadsky

Partner, New York

Having worked in the satellite communications industry on commercial spacecraft and the electronics industry on high-tech audio and electronics qualifies Jonathan to work on all things  “technologically complex.” He can write about them for any audience: business folk, engineers, PTO examiners, judges and juries. When it comes to drafting patent applications, formulating arguments for high stakes litigations, and rendering opinions on issues of patent infringement, validity and enforceability—Jonathan never leaves a stone unturned. He combines that with some serious agreement drafting and negotiating skills.

Behind the scenes, Jonathan is Chair of our Licensing and Transactions Practice and the Telecommunications and Networks Practice and the firm’s Website and Technology Committee. He’s very proud of having the opportunity to work with a team of our lawyers and staff to create our Post Grant HQ microsite.

Jonathan is a regular CLE instructor for the Practicing Law Institute (PLI), our client’s inhouse counsel, and our own attorneys.
