Nina Shreve has extensive experience in all aspects of trademark law, including litigation, prosecution, client counseling, opinion work, due diligence investigations and other transactional matters. She is also active in the firm’s patent litigation practice focusing particularly on litigation in the pharmaceutical area and has represented clients in patent and trademark matters in diverse industries, including computers and electronics, consumer healthcare products, industrial machinery and building products.
Nina is the Chair of the firm's Professional Development Committee and a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Successfully obtained dismissal of complaint for client Arvind Ltd. brought by Ralph Lauren Corp. (“RLC”) alleging breach of a trademark litigation settlement agreement. The settlement agreement at issue was signed by Ralph Lauren and Arvind’s licensor, United States Polo Association (“USPA”), in 2003 and related to USPA’s ability to use Polo themed trademarks.
