Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto sponsored American Conference Institute’s 10th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes conference held at the Conrad New York on April 25-27. Christina Schwarz spoke on a panel entitled “Revisiting Obviousness in the Hatch-Waxman Realm: Prior Art, Obvious-Type Double Patenting, Inherency by Anticipation and PTAB Findings.” Ha Kung Wong spoke on a panel entitled “In the Limelight: Examining Lilly v. Teva and Its Larger Implications for Divided and Induced Infringement in a Hatch-Waxman Setting.” Christopher Borello spoke at the post-conference workshop and his panel was entitled “Biosimilars Boot Camp for the Paragraph IV Litigator.”
