New York, New York: On October 24, 2017, Fitzpatrick Cella litigation partner Christopher Loh presented “Employee Mobility and Trade Secrets: The Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016,” a Continuing Legal Education program with Lawline.  Broadcast live online from Lawline’s studio in lower Manhattan, the program offered viewers information on the unique provisions of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), how those provisions have been interpreted by courts since the enactment of the DTSA on May 11, 2016, and the effects of those provisions on employers and trade secret owners.  The program is now available for on-demand viewing at Lawline.com.
