Julian Pymento’s practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation with an emphasis in electrical and computer engineering. In addition, Julian’s practice touches on PTO proceedings such as inter partes review.

While in law school, Julian served as Patent Chair for the NYU Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law Society. He also served as Senior Notes Editor for the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law (JIPEL) and is published therein on two occasions. For one of these publications, he received the JIPEL award for Graduating Student with the Most Outstanding Note.
